The project for The City of Jacksonville consisted of a complete exterior restoration of the 100+ year old fire Station. The existing roof was completely removed down to the old tongue-&-groove wood deck. Rotten deck was removed and replaced and a new Soprema 3-ply modified bitumen roof system was installed in cold adhesive.
The Fire Station #4 project also included the resealing of all windows and building joints and completely tuck-pointing the entire building. All of this was done in conjunction with the City of Jacksonville Historical society to assure that the building kept its history.
